Veterinary Client Care Specialist (Receptionist/Admin Assitant)

Client care for a busy single doctor practice.

Strive for great veterinary care with a family environment.

Need excellent attention to detail.

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited:

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Answering a multi-line telephone system

* Ability to multi-task

* General office duties (fax, scan, file, etc)

* Working with Cornerstone Veterinary Practice Management Software

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision

* Strong organization skills

* Work in fast paced, customer service oriented environment

* Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, internet search)

* Ability to multi-task

* Excellent attendance and punctuality

* Veterinary Medical knowledge is required

* Maintaining a positive attitude even under stressful periods

Reliable transportation, split shift.

Direct access by phone and email is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
