Veterinary Doctor

We are seeking a highly skilled, ethical, and experienced Veterinary Doctor to join our team in the UAE. This role is strictly for professionals who are committed to delivering high-standard medical care, maintaining clinical integrity, and upholding best practices in veterinary medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical examinations and diagnostics to accurately identify medical conditions
  • Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments following strict protocols
  • Perform surgical procedures (including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries) with precision and patient safety
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as laboratory testing, imaging, and blood work
  • Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide clear, professional guidance to pet owners on care, nutrition, and preventive health
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and legally compliant medical records
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary nurses and support staff
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical excellence
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients

Qualifications & Requirements (Strict Criteria)

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of veterinary clinical experience (UAE-based experience required)
  • Valid UAE veterinary license OR eligibility to transfer/obtain one immediately
  • Strong surgical experience with proven competence in routine procedures
  • Excellent diagnostic and case management skills
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum of TWO professional references required
  • (from previous clinic owners, senior veterinarians, or employers in the UAE)
  • Candidates must have prior experience working within the UAE veterinary field
  • Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered

We are looking for doctors who are:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a case-based assessment and a supervised trial shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
