We are seeking a highly skilled, ethical, and experienced Veterinary Doctor to join our team in the UAE. This role is strictly for professionals who are committed to delivering high-standard medical care, maintaining clinical integrity, and upholding best practices in veterinary medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and diagnostics to accurately identify medical conditions
- Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments following strict protocols
- Perform surgical procedures (including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries) with precision and patient safety
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as laboratory testing, imaging, and blood work
- Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide clear, professional guidance to pet owners on care, nutrition, and preventive health
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and legally compliant medical records
- Work collaboratively with veterinary nurses and support staff
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical excellence
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Qualifications & Requirements (Strict Criteria)
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of veterinary clinical experience (UAE-based experience required)
- Valid UAE veterinary license OR eligibility to transfer/obtain one immediately
- Strong surgical experience with proven competence in routine procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and case management skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of TWO professional references required
- (from previous clinic owners, senior veterinarians, or employers in the UAE)
- Candidates must have prior experience working within the UAE veterinary field
- Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered
