Main Street Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.
As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.

Main Street Animal Clinic is a well-established small animal practice serving the Oakland, TN community with a strong focus on comprehensive, compassionate care. With 4-doctors and a large, collaborative support team, the hospital provides a broad range of medical and surgical services, including advanced orthopedic procedures. The clinic operates with a structured surgical schedule and strong diagnostic capabilities, supporting consistent caseloads and efficient workflows. Known for building long-term client relationships, Main Street Animal Clinic balances high medical standards with a warm, community-centered approach.
