Dubai Equine Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in veterinary or healthcare pharmacy who are passionate about supporting world-class equine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing veterinary medications under the supervision of the Veterinary Pharmacist or Veterinarian.
• Receive, store, and organize pharmaceutical products, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions.
• Monitor medication stock levels and expiry dates and assist with inventory management.
• Prepare medication orders and ensure accurate labelling and documentation.
• Maintain pharmacy records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in ordering medications and coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support veterinarians and clinical staff with medication-related requests.
• Adhere to infection control and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a pharmacy, veterinary clinic, hospital, or healthcare environment.
• Experience in a veterinary pharmacy is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and dispensing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
