Wespaw Pets Pharmacy is NY’s 5 star rated veterinary compounding pharmacy, and we’re hiring a stellar Veterinary Pharmacy Service Associate in our NY pharmacy.

We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Pharmacy Service Associate who can join our amazing team and continue to elevate the standard of excellence in customer service .

The perfect candidate will be passionate about providing wonderful service and care to our vets, their staff, pet patients, and pet parents.

Daily responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently handle communication with customers by answering phone calls, text messages, emails to answer their questions and ensure that all of their needs are met.
• Answer pet parent inquiries, take payments, schedule delivery, resolve issues
• Call customers for follow ups regarding their medication or refill reminders
• Communicate Wespaw Pets Pharmacy offerings, policies and procedures to pet parents, vets, and vet staff
• Work closely with logistics partners to schedule pick ups, deliveries, and ensure daily deliveries are completed
• Use multiple online systems and platforms to find information, troubleshoot and solve problems, create and process orders, track deliveries, etc.
• Work together with your team members to ensure all orders are placed and all needs are met on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
