Veterinary Receptionist
Hillside Veterinary Associates is seeking a dedicated and versatile Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our team!
In this unique dual-role position, you'll play an important part in both our medical support team and our client care team. Whether you're assisting in the treatment area or welcoming clients at the front desk, your work will help ensure our patients receive exceptional care and that every client feels supported, informed, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with outpatient visits and procedures, supporting patient care, educating pet owners, managing appointment flow, and maintaining a warm and professional presence as the face of our hospital. You'll collaborate closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians while also communicating with clients in person and over the phone to answer questions, schedule appointments, and guide them through their pet's care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about both excellent patient care and outstanding client service.
This is a flexible full-time or part-time position , with availability needed Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays , along with rotating weekends and holidays ..

Hillside Veterinary Associates is a well-established, full-service three-doctor companion animal practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Covington community. Our hospital is equipped with modern technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory diagnostics, a dedicated surgical suite, and dental equipment with radiographs , allowing our clinical team to fully utilize and continue developing their skills.
We take pride in maintaining a true team-oriented culture , where every team member plays an important role in both patient care and hospital operations. Team members collaborate closely and support one another throughout the day to ensure the best experience for both pets and their owners.
All staff members assist with kennel responsibilities when needed, so a willingness to contribute across all aspects of hospital operations is essential. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with others and being part of a supportive, collaborative environment.
