Hillside Veterinary Associates is seeking a dedicated and versatile Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our team!
In this unique dual-role position, you'll play an important part in both our medical support team and our client care team. Whether you're assisting in the treatment area or welcoming clients at the front desk, your work will help ensure our patients receive exceptional care and that every client feels supported, informed, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with outpatient visits and procedures, supporting patient care, educating pet owners, managing appointment flow, and maintaining a warm and professional presence as the face of our hospital. You'll collaborate closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians while also communicating with clients in person and over the phone to answer questions, schedule appointments, and guide them through their pet's care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about both excellent patient care and outstanding client service.

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set

1+ years of client service experience
