We're looking for responsible and compassionate individuals to join our team of Veterinary Receptionists. This position is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our clinic, so we are looking for a receptionist who can assist our veterinary team with answering questions from clients, scheduling appointments, taking payments and keeping our clinic organized. Although this is a non-clinical position, the successful candidate will have experience working with both animals and people and will have a genuine concern for pet health and wellness. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate messages at the veterinarian's request.
• Ensure that animals are supervised when in the waiting room.
• Answer questions and give out information on behalf of the veterinarian.
• Be courteous to visitors.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Be aware of the need for confidentiality of information about clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST: 1 year (Required)
