Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Brookville Road Animal Hospital is seeking a full time receptionist to join our hospital. This is a modern multi doctor practice with a substantial referral surgery component. We are looking for friendly, energetic, hardworking, team oriented applicants who are able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to our clients and patients. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, collecting payments and entering patient medical records.

Full time hours are 38-42 hours per week.
