EverCare Veterinary Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in our Al Saadiyat - Abu Dhabi branch.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome while ensuring smooth front desk operations and efficient communication between pet owners and the veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome pet owners with professionalism, warmth, and care
• Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and coordination
• Handle client inquiries, phone calls, messages, and day-to-day communication efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Support the veterinary team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Assist in ensuring smooth clinic workflow and operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is preferred
• Experience with EzyVet is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working around animals
