Veterinary receptionist, only with background in veterinary clinic, Russian speaking ONLY

Panacea Vets is an integrative veterinary clinic in Jumeirah 2, Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and their owners. Our primary objective is to deliver excellent customer care, and we are committed to training our staff to meet the highest standards. We are currently seeking a skilled and confident Russian speaking Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and help us create an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting is required.
• Customer Care: Strong focus on customer service with the ability to manage and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Confidence: A confident, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Shy, introvert personalities will not suite the position
• Learning Ability: Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems, procedures, and a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent verbal in Russian
• Organization: Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Team Player: A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with veterinary or healthcare software (experience with specific systems is a bonus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Manage appointment scheduling, answer phone calls, and address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records using the clinic’s practice management software.
• Facilitate smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules and assisting the veterinary team as needed.
• Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing, with attention to detail.
• Educate clients about clinic services, policies, and basic pet care when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and inviting.
• Provide proactive communication and support to clients regarding their pet’s appointments and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medical field: 2 years (Preferred)
