Veterinary Receptionist (Veterinary experience REQUIRED)

The Animal Hospital at Lake Brandt has been proudly serving the Summerfield and Greensboro communities since 2006. Over the years, we've worked hard to establish a comprehensive system of care and, more importantly, to make visits with us a positive experience. We believe that all the services and treatment options in the world aren't worth much unless they're delivered with a personal touch. That's what makes us so different from other vets in the area.

Our clinic is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, a designation held by only 12% of veterinary clinics. As a result, our patients experience a level of medical care that is not offered anywhere else in our vicinity. We're always adding new medicine and technologies as we strive to stay on the forefront of animal medicine. We also strongly embrace client education. Our goal is to provide all the support and guidance a client would need to keep their furry family member healthy and happy for many years.

We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated individual who can embrace our values. You should possess strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to multi-task with consistent attention to detail.

The following position is available.

FULL TIME or PT30 - Front Desk Receptionist / CSR

Veterinary CSR or Tech/Ast Experience REQURIED

FULL TIME- Approx 36-38 hours weekly. 4 weekdays.

PT30- 7am-6pm 3 weekdays

Occasional Saturday for vaccine clinics (4 hours)

Medical, dental, and PTO available.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Front desk operations.

Answering phones

Greeting clients

Data entry

Scheduling appointments (Cornerstone)

Payment processing (Clover and Care Credit)

Reporting

Checking and responding to messages (text via PetDesk, email, and voicemail)

Cleaning front office and client areas
