Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate 3D, Graphics and VFX Faculty/ Trainer with minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, any added teaching experience will be preferred but not essential to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard software, a strong portfolio of creative work, and the ability to teach and inspire students in the fields of 3D animation and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom training sessions for students in 3D Animation and VFX.
• Develop and deliver course content, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and assignments.
• Teach industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premieir Pro, After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the animation and VFX industry to ensure course content remains relevant.
• Guide students in building a strong portfolio and mentor them for career opportunities.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams.
• Collaborate with the academic team to create an engaging and effective curriculum.
• Maintain an interactive and student-focused learning environment.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Premier Pro

After Effects

Autodesk Maya

Blender

ZBrush

Substance Painter

Unreal Engine

• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, rigging, animation, and VFX pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D Animation and VFX.
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D and VFX.
