Vice President - General Lines Relationship Management (Chinese Corporate Clients)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our General Lines team at Marsh. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We will count on you to:

• Conduct detailed GAP analyses to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite executives to support client retention and revenue growth.
• Design and implement customized risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including risk consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive client retention and contribute to achieving new business revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and oversee administrative processes.

What you need to have:

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven expertise in large corporate general lines insurance, with strong knowledge of property portfolios.
• Experience working with Chinese clients or being from China is essential, as this role will primarily deal with Chinese clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
