Job DescriptionTeam Summary
This team is responsible for creating and delivering consumer value propositions across CEMEA, covering debit, credit, prepaid, and modern credentials like VFC. They design and implement capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies, develop new digital and technical features such as benefit platforms, and ensure consistency and scalability across markets. The team drives portfolio optimization, manages regional programs, and partners with market leaders to provide governance, share best practices, and enable region wide solutions that can be localized. Their work directly supports revenue growth and profitability through innovative products and strong stakeholder alignment.
Based in the Dubai Market Support Center this role reports to the SVP, Head of Product & Solutions, CEMEA and is a member of the CEMEA Product & Solutions Leadership Team and a key partner to the market Head of Product & Solutions in each CEMEA sub region.

Positioned on the regional leadership team, the role influences cross functional priorities, partners with Issuers and FinTechs, and ensures Visa remains the preferred payment network while advancing financial inclusion and aligning with Visa's long term vision to lead in digital commerce.
