Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President to support and expand our firm’s international alternative investor relationships. This individual will work closely with senior partners to drive capital formation efforts for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and private credit funds while managing ongoing engagement with institutional investors globally.


The role is designed to provide immediate exposure to active fundraising by supporting international roadshows and investor meetings and will involve accompanying fund managers on partner-led international travel. The individual will be encouraged to build and grow their own investor coverage over time.


Initially, compensation will consist of a base salary and discretionary bonus, with the opportunity to transition into a performance-based commission structure as revenue generation scales.


Key Responsibilities

·  Accompany senior partners and fund managers on international roadshows to support investor meetings

·  Gain exposure to institutional investor engagement and the global fundraising process

·  Build and maintain relationships over time, developing an independent coverage universe

·  Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and long-term relationship cultivation

·  Coordinate internal materials and ensure readiness for investor meetings

·  Maintain a strong understanding of the firm’s investment offerings and the broader alternatives landscape


Qualifications

·  3–8 years of experience in financial services, ideally within alternatives, capital raising, or institutional sales

·  Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with sophisticated investors

·  Strong commercial instincts with a desire to grow into a senior revenue-generating role

·  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions

·  Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis

·  Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with senior partners

· Foreign language proficiency is a plus

·  FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63) preferred or willingness to obtain upon joining
