JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles & Responsibilities
Investor Relations Program
- Support the start to finish process of producing quarterly results announcements, results and investor presentations and other investor communications.
- Compile and produce supporting internal materials and documentation for results and investor presentations, including ownership of the Q&A document.
- Support the production of internal investor relations reports for senior management.
- Review, summarize and circulate analyst research notes to senior management.
Analysts & Investor Engagement
- Manage the logistical and on-the-day support for key events including quarterly results, investor site visits and capital markets days.
- Accompany and support senior management and/or the SVP, Investor Relations during investor conferences, roadshows and meetings.
- Work collaboratively with the SVP, Investor Relations, to develop a deep understanding of sell-side analysts’ financial models, assumptions, and maintain internal analyst consensus model.
- Ownership of the CRM system, ensuring it is kept fully up-to-date and producing relevant and insightful reporting on investor engagement and share register analysis.
Relationship Building
- Develop strong working relationships with key sell-side analysts & buy-side investors to facilitate access to key management and responsiveness in answering investor and analyst questions.
- Build strong networks and liaise with internal stakeholders throughout the preparation process of IR Materials; including group finance, business finance, business operations and corporate communications teams.

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
- Min of 8+ years of experience in an Investor Relations function.
Field Of EXPERIENCE
- Financial, Retail Estate sector.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in investor relations within a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of capital markets, debt instruments & financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successful investor engagement and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
