Key Responsibilities

This senior position drives proprietary deal flow exceeding OMR 50M through targeted outreach to corporates, developers, Oman Investment Authority, family offices, and GCC institutions, while aligning with Oman's national diversification priorities. Core duties include preliminary due diligence, market analysis, teaser preparation, term sheet collaboration, ROI-focused commercial strategies (CMA/Sharia-compliant), team leadership, pipeline reporting to executives, and high-level event representation.

Required Qualifications

Candidates need a Bachelor's in Finance/Business (MBA preferred), 10-15 years in investment banking/PE/VC/corporate development (5+ at VP level), proven GCC deal origination track record (OMR 100M+), Arabic/English fluency, strong Oman/Gulf networks, financial modeling skills, pitch expertise, and CRM proficiency.

Pay: RO12.500 - RO21.880 per hour
