The Opportunity
This is not a traditional operations role.
As Vice President of Central Operations, you are the architect and operator responsible for building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power Aesthetic Partners’ national network of medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, and wellness clinics.
You’ll drive the operational engine of a fast growing platform, ensuring clarity, consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all brands and regions. You’ll take big picture strategy and translate it into execution frameworks that scale.
This is a high impact builder role for someone who thrives in fast growth environments, thinks in systems, and loves transforming complexity into clean, repeatable operating models. If you’re energized by structure, clarity, and execution and excited to help build one of the fastest growing aesthetics platforms in the country this role was built for you.

You will own enterprise operations, integration playbooks, field communications, performance management rhythms, technology oversight, and operational cadence. Working closely with the COO and leadership team, you will shape how the business runs every day.
This is a builder operator role for a leader who understands how to scale multi-site healthcare operations with both rigor and speed.
What You’ll Own
1. Enterprise & Operational Leadership
- Embody and model Aesthetic Partners’ values in daily leadership.
- Translate strategic priorities into 6 month, quarterly, and annual operating plans.

- Manage the operating calendar and ensure alignment on audits, milestones, and compliance cycles.
- Build and enforce centralized standards, policies, and workflows that drive consistency and operational excellence.
2. Relationship to Revenue Training Management & Coordination
- Partner with internal SMEs to build scalable training programs and calendars for clinical, operational, and administrative roles.
- Own rollout, adoption, and accountability across the field.
- Note: This role is currently an individual contributor with high cross-functional influence; team structure may evolve as AP scales.

- Consolidate communication to the field, transforming fragmented messaging into clear, consistent, actionable information, including standardized updates, policy rollouts, and feedback loops via channels like newsletters, webinars, and dashboards.
- Serve as the operational bridge between corporate leadership and the field.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to reduce friction and accelerate execution.

- Lead operational integration for acquisitions, de novo openings, and new service line launches.
- Create and manage scalable integration playbooks.
- Identify innovative operational strategies that increase revenue, efficiency, and platform scalability.

- You have meaningful influence over the operating model, infrastructure, and performance culture.
- You get to architect a best-in-class, multi-site operating platform during a period of rapid expansion.
- You work directly with the COO and senior leadership team on high-impact priorities.
- You’ll create clarity, discipline, and efficiency across a high-growth, entrepreneurial organization.

- You prefer to operate strictly within your own department instead of collaborating across functions.
- You avoid hands-on execution, this role blends strategy with detailed operational work.
- You are uncomfortable influencing without direct authority or navigating change in a dynamic field environment.
