As we scale across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, UnlockLand is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead our financial strategy, operational excellence, and investment planning. This executive leader will ensure the company's financial structure supports rapid global expansion, enterprise partnerships, and large scale real estate intelligence programs.

As we expand across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, UnlockLand is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Global Expansion to architect scalable systems, optimize cross functional execution, and drive operational excellence across continents. This leader will ensure UnlockLand's operational backbone supports rapid adoption, enterprise partnerships, and national level PropTech initiatives.

This is a high impact role for an operations executive with deep experience in fast growth SaaS/AI environments, international expansion, and real estate or smart city ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement UnlockLand's global operations strategy across delivery, workflow design, and cross functional scaling.
• Define operational KPIs, systems, and processes to support fast, multi market expansion.
• Lead organizational planning and performance management during growth phases.

Global Expansion & Market Enablement

• Architect localization frameworks for new countries-covering regulations, workflows, pricing, and operational compliance.
• Oversee setup of international service delivery, support functions, and enterprise deployment models.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for government ministries, REITs, developers, and enterprise clients.

Operational Systems, Process Automation & Quality

• Build scalable internal systems integrating data ops, finance ops, product ops, and customer success workflows.
• Partner with AI and Product teams to define operational automation opportunities.
• Establish global quality standards and risk mitigation practices.

Cross Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, Finance, and GTM teams to accelerate adoption and improve customer outcomes.
• Support pricing, packaging, and cost structure decisions for enterprise markets.
• Translate market insights into operational requirements for new features, geographies, and product modules.

Partnerships, Enterprise Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee enterprise onboarding operations for ministries, planning authorities, and national development programs.
• Strengthen strategic alliances with ecosystem partners, innovation hubs, accelerators, and industry associations.
• Provide executive level reporting on operational performance, expansion readiness, and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of operations leadership experience in SaaS, AI, PropTech, enterprise software, or global scaling environments.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling international operations, especially across government, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Strong expertise in process design, systems implementation, and cross market localization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, project management, and change management skills.
• Proven track record partnering with C suite, government bodies, and enterprise clients.
