Vice President of Growth

VP of Growth – Hybrid | Denver, CO - Space Tech 🛰️


We are supporting a space technology company building a modern, software-driven platform for mission operations as they appoint a senior growth executive to lead revenue, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.


This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and execution, with accountability for growth across defense, intelligence, and strategic commercial ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy and revenue outcomes
  • Lead senior-level customer engagement, capture strategy, and complex deal execution
  • Build integration gravity through strategic partnerships with primes, integrators, and infrastructure providers
  • Translate market, customer, and mission needs into scalable GTM and partnership motions
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth organisation over time


Key Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in growth, business development, or partnerships within the space sector, with a strong focus on national security markets
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue and expanding complex, strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of government acquisition pathways and long-cycle capture motions
  • Ability to operate with executive authority while remaining hands-on in a high-growth, scaling organisation


This is a senior leadership opportunity offering executive ownership of growth for a platform already gaining traction, with the mandate to scale it into enduring programs and help define how a category-defining space technology company goes to market.
