The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Person to lead the next phase of our growth. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving demand across our product suite, and developing strategic marketing programs that reflect our homeowner-enablement ethos. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, partnerships, and customer-success teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with homeowners, real-estate professionals, title/insurance/mortgage partners, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and product portfolio.
  • Craft brand messaging and positioning that clearly articulates how DomiDocs’s offerings increase value, reduce risk and empower homeowners.
  • Lead demand-generation programs (digital, email, content, events, partnerships) to drive user acquisition and partner engagement.
  • Oversee content marketing: thought leadership, homeowner education, case studies (e.g., “homeowners saved thousands in tax costs” DomiDocs), fraud-prevention awareness (from HomeLock) DomiDocs.
  • Use data-driven metrics to measure campaign performance, optimize channels, and report ROI for marketing spend.
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate product value (e.g., TrueValueIndex’s accurate valuation tool) into compelling marketing narratives. DomiDocs
  • Position the company in partner ecosystems (title, mortgage, builder channels) and develop co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (content, digital, events), and manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director level or equivalent).
  • Proven track record building and executing B2C and B2B marketing programs—preferably in proptech, real estate, home services, or fintech.
  • Deep experience with digital marketing channels (SEM/SEO, paid social, email nurture), content marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent storytelling skills: able to translate technology features into homeowner-centric benefits (increase value, reduce expense, protect asset).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and scaling processes from early stage.
  • Strong analytical mindset—able to define, track, and optimize key marketing metrics (acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rate, partner pipeline).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, partnerships).
