Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Experience Fayetteville is seeking a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven Vice President of Marketing & Communications to lead our destination marketing, branding, and public relations efforts. This executive role oversees annual marketing strategy, media relations, content development, analytics, team leadership, and collaboration with our agency partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all marketing, branding, and communication initiatives
• Develop annual plans, KPIs, and data reporting
• Manage media relationships and earned media efforts
• Guide internal communications and community outreach
• Oversee marketing staff, agency of record and public relations agency
• Manage department budget and major projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ leadership experience in marketing/communications
• Excellent written, verbal, and strategic planning skills
• Strong relationship-building and public-facing communication
• Experience with research, analytics, and destination/tourism marketing is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, Arkansas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
