Vice President of Operations

We have partnered with a US based Building Materials company to recruit for a Vice President of Operations to look after their multi site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operations lifecycle, from production to delivery.
• Manage budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate the operations team to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee operations across multiple facilities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships - Address and resolve any operational challenges and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Cabinetry Industry.
• Proven experience in operations management across multiple plants.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
