Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Vice President of Operations & Growth to serve as a key executive partner to the President. This role is central to driving revenue performance, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the organization.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator—capable of leading sales execution, strengthening partnerships, and optimizing internal processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Own and optimize CRM strategy, ensuring accurate data, actionable insights, and disciplined pipeline management
- Partner closely with the sales team to improve execution, increase productivity, and drive higher close rates
- Enforce accountability around pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and business planning
- Drive consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Hospital & Health System Engagement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals and health systems
- Support contract structuring, negotiations, and long-term partnership development
- Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in all external engagements
Operational & Strategic Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to the President, helping prioritize initiatives and execute company strategy
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions quickly and effectively
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution across teams
- Proactively introduce initiatives that support scalability and long-term growth
OEM & Partner Management
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEM partners
- Ensure all partnerships are compliant, performance-driven, and aligned with company objectives
- Serve as the escalation point for partner-related challenges and opportunities
Physician & Clinical Partnerships
- Support and strengthen relationships with physicians and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
People & Talent Development
- Participate in hiring and building a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and support leadership development across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in operations, sales, or general management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing revenue operations, sales teams, or strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or hospital systems
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment
Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency Compliant)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $220K – $240K annually
- Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus tied to individual and company goals
Final compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process and are subject to applicable plan terms.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
