Description:

College Living Experience (CLE) is seeking to hire a Vice President of Outreach. CLE supports neurodiverse young adults in pursuing higher education, career pathways, and independent living. Our program combines educational support, independent living skills, social and self-advocacy development, and career preparation to help students navigate the transition to adulthood successfully.

Students at CLE include young adults with autism, learning differences, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other neurological or developmental differences. All share a need for individualized support in academics, daily living, social communication, and career readiness, and our team helps them build the skills to thrive independently.

CLE is rooted in collaboration and teamwork. Our staff work closely with students, families, and colleagues to provide flexible, individualized support that meets students where they are. We are looking for professionals who are adaptable, solution-oriented, and committed to helping neurodiverse students build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.

Job Summary

The Vice President of Outreach is a key leadership role responsible for driving College Living Experience’s national growth through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and team collaboration. The role requires expertise in special education and transition planning, the ability to interpret student profiles and psych-educational evaluations, and the skill to translate insights into clear messaging, positioning, and referral strategy. This leader understands the educational and disability landscape and can provide community training and education.

Partnering closely with admissions and program leaders, the VP ensures alignment across the enrollment pipeline and supports an ethical, well-informed admissions process that reflects program realities and student needs.

As a member of the executive team, this role requires integrity, accountability, and energy, with a focus on collaboration, growth, and developing efficient systems while keeping students and families who are the center of our community.

We are seeking a leader with a strong foundation in the transition space and a history of driving thoughtful, values-aligned growth. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, positive energy, and accountability to their work, and thrives in collaborative environments where ideas are welcomed and impact matters. They are motivated by growth, grounded in integrity, and inspired by the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to expand CLE’s reach and impact.
