Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for maximizing hotel revenue and performance? Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Management to join our dynamic team and help drive financial success across a diverse hotel portfolio.
As VP of Revenue Management, you will work closely with our VP of Sales and Marketing and Hotel General Managers to support properties through weekly revenue calls, forecasting, and strategic consultation. This high-impact role requires sharp analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Statistically oriented with strong analytical and managerial skills. Ability to research and develop customized programs to enhance revenues.
Ability to maintain efficient and effective means of communication and follow-up with the GM, DOS, and property staff to meet planned goals and objectives of room revenue optimization.
Must be able to coordinate and communicate effectively on all levels of the organizations.
Business, Statistical Analysis or Hotel Management degree preferred or equivalent experience in branded hotel management.
Previous on property general management and/or Director of Sales and Marketing experience a plus!
Expected to have proficiency in a major hotel PMS systems and current databases/softwares.
