We’re looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations to spearhead growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader ready to design and scale systems, optimize performance, and guide teams through a period of rapid expansion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead operations at scale in a highly regulated environment.
• Drive initiatives in DC scaling, digitization, SKU rationalization, revenue optimization, and cost efficiencies .
• Build and mentor world-class operational and quality teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to prepare for major growth milestones .
• Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for the future.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing (HCT/P, medical device, or pharmaceutical).
• 5+ years in senior operational or quality leadership.
• Proven success driving large-scale transformation and growth.
• Strong background in system builds, compliance, and optimization.
• Experience with sterile injections is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting complex business models, including consignment distribution and revenue cycle optimization.
