Vice President Operations

Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in IT service delivery and operational excellence? Our client, a leading digital transformation and solutions provider, is seeking a VP of Operations to oversee project delivery, increase growth, and ensure operational alignment with strategic goals across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of products and services from initiation to closure.
• Lead and ensure project execution per PMI standards.

Service Management & Client Success

• Supervise service management functions to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and renewal.
• Maintain consistent delivery quality. Oversee the monitoring and reporting of client satisfaction metrics.

Crossfunctional Collaboration & Oversight

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure correct pricing, cost control, and profitability.
• Present operational insights and performance updates to the board.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT services or software delivery operations, including leadership of large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
• Strong track record in profitability management and client satisfaction.
• In support of nationalisation, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia.
