Job Title: Vice President - Project Finance

Position Overview:

Tamasuk is seeking an experienced Vice President - Project Finance to lead and execute critical financing tasks typically performed by external advisors. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end project finance processes, including debt raising, financial modeling, and stakeholder coordination, for infrastructure and PPP projects. The VP will play a pivotal role in driving successful financial closures and optimizing project outcomes.

• Experience & Expertise:

• • 7+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a proven track record of closing large-scale infrastructure transactions.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis and optimization.

  • In-depth knowledge of project finance principles, PPP structures, and financing documentation.

• Skills & Competencies:

• • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to assess risks and returns.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Added Advantage:

• • Existing relationships with regional banks (KSA), advisors, and lenders.

  • Experience with investment banking, private equity, or project development.
