🧩 Job Overview


We’re looking for a well-connected sales rock star to join our senior leadership team, and shape our growth in KSA by driving sales among enterprise merchants in KSA, with a strong focus on driving revenue, leveraging deep relationships.


🌟 What You'll Do


  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic and key accounts in KSA, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. 
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise merchants.
  • Develop account growth plans to expand revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and solution adoption. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and partnership teams to deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity in the payments and fintech space. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas with a highly active, value-driven approach. 


🚀 Who You Are


  • 10+ years in relationship-based sales or key account management, ideally in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, or payments tech .
  • Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets in complex B2B sales cycles. 
  • Strong commercial network in KSA’s payments/merchant ecosystem. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment. 
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (KSA nationals preferred).
