Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative leadership of the school.
• Ensure implementation of CBSE curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff; conduct regular classroom observations.
• Drive teacher training, workshops, and continuous professional development.
• Oversee discipline, student performance, and co-curricular activities.
• Coordinate with parents, resolve concerns, and maintain strong school-community relationships.
• Support admissions, examinations, and annual school planning.
• Act as Acting Principal in the absence of the Principal.

Requirements

• Qualification: Master’s Degree (Education background preferred, B.Ed. mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in teaching, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Coordinator / HOD / Vice Principal).
• Preferred Background: Candidates from reputed CBSE / IB / ICSE schools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to balance academics, discipline, and administration effectively.

Additional Notes

• Founder Vice Principal role opportunity (as school is new and expanding).
• Candidate age should preferably be below 50 years.
• Passionate educators with proven leadership in school setups will be preferred.
