Role Overview:

The Vice Principal will assist the Director Principal in the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. The role requires strong leadership, discipline management, and coordination with staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership:

  • Support the Principal in planning and implementing the academic calendar.
  • Supervise lesson planning, classroom delivery, and use of teaching aids.
  • Monitor student performance and ensure effective completion of the syllabus.
  • Guide teachers in adopting innovative teaching methods and ICT tools.
  • Ensure proper conduct of examinations, evaluation, and timely result preparation.

2. Administration & Coordination:

  • Oversee daily school operations, discipline, and punctuality of staff and students.
  • Assist in staff allocation, timetable management, and substitution arrangements.
  • Monitor attendance registers, diaries, and ERP updates.
  • Organize assemblies, school functions, and co-curricular activities.

3. Student Development:

  • Ensure grooming, discipline, and regularity of students.
  • Address student grievances and provide counseling where needed.
  • Promote English communication and value-based education.
  • Supervise extra classes, remedial classes, and student enrichment programs.

4. Staff Management:

  • Conduct staff meetings and share instructions from the Principal.
  • Monitor teacher performance through class observations and reports.
  • Mentor teachers for professional development and effective classroom practices.
  • Maintain discipline and accountability among staff.

5. Safety & Discipline:

  • Ensure safety, security, and discipline across the campus.
  • Coordinate with transport in-charge and admin team for smooth student commuting.
  • Address behavioral issues and enforce school rules strictly.

6. Communication & Public Relations:

  • Act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents.
  • Ensure timely communication of circulars, notices, and guidelines.
  • Represent the school in inter-school events, inspections, and official meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree with B.Ed. (Ph.D. desirable).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience in a reputed CBSE school.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage academics, discipline, and administration effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and digital teaching tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
