
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject is required. A postgraduate qualification in Education or Educational Leadership (such as PGDE, PGCE, Diploma, or Master's degree), along with coursework in educational and/or organizational leadership, is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in curriculum implementation, assessment oversight, staff performance management, and coaching teachers to improve classroom practice is required.
- Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.0.
- Must meet ADEK staff eligibility requirements for leadership positions and be eligible for or holding a valid UAE teaching and/or educational leadership license, or demonstrate the ability to obtain such eligibility in accordance with ADEK timelines.
- All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency process.
- Preferably Bilingual (Arabic and English)
