Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Vice Principal with a dedicated focus on Early Childhood Education (ECE). You will lead the academic and operational functions of the early years department, ensuring that our ECE curriculum meets international standards. You will serve as the primary bridge between teachers, parents, and administration to create a nurturing and "dynamite" learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities

• ECE Pedagogical Leadership: Overhaul and monitor the ECE curriculum to ensure it is play-based, inquiry-led, and adheres to the highest developmental standards.
• Faculty Mentorship: Evaluate ECE instructors and staff to ensure curriculum adherence; lead professional development workshops specifically focused on early years pedagogy.
• Early Years Culture: Enforce campus rules and discipline policies with a focus on positive reinforcement and age-appropriate character development.
• Parental Engagement: Work closely with parents and teachers to provide personalized educational pathways and support for early developmental milestones.
• Specialized Talent Management: Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of specialized ECE instructors and support staff.
• Developmental Guidance: Offer counseling services and implement behavioral modification programs tailored specifically for early learners.
• Strategic Academic Planning: Establish ECE curriculum guidelines in collaboration with administrators and ensure all campus activities align with the SES vision for early excellence.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed), Educational Leadership, or a related field (Required).
• Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in a school leadership role, with a strong, documented portfolio in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
• Communication: Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills; ability to present developmental progress to stakeholders and parents with confidence.
• Conflict Management: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex academic or administrative issues within a school setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern School Management Systems (SMS).
• ECE Mindset: A deep passion for innovative early teaching methodologies and a "global-minded" approach to foundational education.
