Video Anchor

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Real Estate Anchor / Video Anchor to represent our brand on camera. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, a strong on-screen presence, and a good understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present real estate project videos, property tours, and promotional content.
• Shoot video content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Explain property features, benefits, and USPs in a clear and engaging manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project details.
• Participate in live sessions, events, and client-facing presentations, if required.
• Maintain a professional, confident, and appealing on-screen personality.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
• Pleasing personality and good on-camera presence.
• Basic to good knowledge of real estate (residential/commercial projects, locations, etc.).
• Comfortable facing the camera and speaking fluently without hesitation.
• Prior experience as an anchor, presenter, model, or content creator will be an added advantage.
• Strong confidence, body language, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,049.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
