About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Video & Animation Editor with strong expertise in storytelling through motion. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage, ideas, and concepts into engaging videos and animations that captivate audiences and bring our brand and products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
• Create compelling animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Develop and execute storyboards, moodboards, and creative direction when required.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful video narratives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
• Manage video production timelines, delivering projects on schedule without compromising quality.
• Continuously explore and apply industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video editing and animation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and animation.
• Strong command of editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Proven ability to craft stories through pacing, rhythm, music, and narrative flow.
• Expertise in transforming abstract concepts and raw footage into visually engaging content.
• Experience in creating storyboards and providing creative direction.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience editing content for startups or product-led companies.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually through creative storytelling.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing to complement visual narratives.
