Video and Graphics Editor

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with expertise in various editing software. This role involves collaborating with our content creation team to produce high-quality video content that engages our audience and enhances our brand's visual storytelling.

Duties

• Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product that aligns with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid for video editing tasks.
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D as needed.
• Perform photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance visual elements of video content.
• Manage video files through FTP and content management systems to ensure organized storage and accessibility.
• Participate in filming sessions as needed, contributing to videography efforts alongside the production team.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in video production, graphic design, and animation techniques (2D and 3D).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Bridge, and Avid.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes including video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics creation.
• Experience with filming techniques and videography principles is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to meet deadlines independently.
