We are seeking for a Video and Photo Content Specialist who is passionate about storytelling through visuals. This role is responsible for transforming ideas into powerful visual content by combining photography, video, and lighting to create pieces that connect with diverse audiences and brands. This position plays a key role within the creative team and requires both artistic vision and strong technical skills, whether working in-studio or on location.
What You’ll Do in This Role
- Capture high-impact photography and video, both in-studio and on location, adapting to different styles, brands, and client needs.
- Record, edit, and bring to life videos in multiple formats, including reels, shorts, digital campaigns, commercial videos, and web content.
- Create creative visual content that tells stories, drives engagement, and elevates each client’s brand identity.
- Design and execute the ideal setup for each production, focusing on framing, composition, lighting, and image quality.
- Use lighting as a creative tool to create mood, emotion, and visual consistency.
- Edit video from start to finish: shot selection, pacing, color correction, sound, and final delivery optimized per platform.
- Care for, maintain, and organize audiovisual equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Ensure the organization and maintenance of the studio, keeping it always ready for production.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, ideas, and memorable visual executions.
- Stay up to date with visual trends, formats, and styles shaping the digital industry.
