About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Visualiser / Video Animator to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you’ll bring stories to life through stunning visuals and engaging motion graphics especially for social media and digital campaigns. If you have a flair for design, storytelling, and animation, and love creating content that captures attention, we’d love to work with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design impactful visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications.
• Create motion graphics, explainers, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Translate creative briefs into visual narratives that work across formats static, motion, and video.
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to develop fresh, innovative ideas.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, and storytelling techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling (portfolio/reel required).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to ideate, storyboard, and execute creative concepts effectively.
• Excellent sense of design aesthetics, typography, composition, and color.
• Ability to adapt to various brand guidelines and tones.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Basic sound design knowledge.
• Prior experience in an advertising agency or content-led environment.
