Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content for our brand across multiple platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.
• Shoot high-quality videos (product videos, behind-the-scenes, tutorials, events, interviews).
• Edit and produce polished final videos using editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with campaigns.
• Manage lighting, sound, and setup to ensure professional-quality video production.
• Stay updated with video trends, platform algorithms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and industry best practices.
• Maintain an organized video library and manage deadlines for timely content delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
• Knowledge of social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for engagement.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field will be a plus, else not required.
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
