Job Description:

As an Instagram Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, and Posts) that connects with our audience and aligns with our brand identity. You should be creative, up to date with social media trends, and skilled at storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and short videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new video ideas.
• Shoot, edit, and publish videos using tools like Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral sounds, and hashtags.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media content.
• Write short, catchy captions and use effective hashtags for better reach.
• Track video performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video creation for Instagram or similar platforms.
• Strong sense of creativity, timing, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and mobile editing apps.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and engagement techniques.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English both preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,895.76 - ₹33,747.79 per month
