Video Content Creator

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content for 2–3 brands. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels, understands Gen Z culture and language, and can consistently produce content that is relevant, entertaining, and shareable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos using a phone or camera.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and challenges.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice and current online trends.
• Edit videos quickly and creatively using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Write captions and use trending hashtags appropriately.
• Schedule and post content across multiple brand accounts.
• Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content formats.
• Comfortable appearing in videos if required.
• Highly familiar with Gen Z trends, humor, and social media language.
• Ability to identify and react quickly to trending content.
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with mobile editing tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage content creation for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TikTok user with strong awareness of viral trends.
• Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating viral content.
• Familiarity with analytics and content performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
