We are seeking a creative and driven video content creator to join our in-house marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality promotional video that supports brand awareness and product marketing initiatives. The video content creator will own end-to-end video creation, from concepting through production, post, and final delivery.

The position for Video Content Creator is expected to be open until May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities for Video Content Creator :

• Concept, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for organic and paid social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand storytelling, campaign goals, and audience trends.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute video strategies.
• Produce both short-form UGC-style social media video and polished promotional brand video.
• Collaborate with social media team to stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform best practices.
• Manage video production logistics including audio and video equipment, lighting, sound, props, and locations.
• Edit videos using Adobe suite.
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, and music to deliver quality content with best practices.
• Optimize videos for performance across multiple platforms (aspect ratios, length, hooks, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze performance metrics and iterate content to improve reach and engagement.
• Provide occasional on-camera talent and voiceover.
• Assist creative team with capturing high-quality still photography for use across web, social, email, and print.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in video production, marketing, communications, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, and photography.

Strong portfolio demonstrating video work (social-first content preferred).

Experience with still photography.

Proficiency with camera, sound, and lighting equipment.

Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe suite.

Proficiency in photo editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

Basic motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects or similar).

Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras as well as mobile devices.

Understanding of lighting techniques for both video and still photography.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Experience creating organic and paid social content.

Experience and comfortability being on camera.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in consumer brands (CPG, outdoor, lifestyle, or retail).

Must be able to communicate fluently (read, write and speak) in English.

Work Hours: Hybrid schedule with on-site and work from home days. This is a regular, benefits-eligible position.

Hiring Compensation for Video Content Creator: Hiring pay range: $70,000 to $80,000 annual base salary, DOQ.
