Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Video Production (On-site)

• Shoot high-quality videos in studios and outdoor locations.
• Handle camera, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Produce diverse content: interviews, reels, vlogs, product promos, documentary-style videos, podcasts, etc.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-ready videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add transitions, music, titles, lower thirds, motion graphics, sound effects, and perform color grading.
• Optimize formatting for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other social channels.Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and content quality.
• Accept and implement feedback to refine content.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers are welcome with strong practical knowledge in video shooting and editing.
Experience range: 0–6 months (internships, academic projects, and freelance work acceptable).
Basic to good hands-on knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Working understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
A portfolio/showreel (academic, internship, or personal projects) is mandatory.
Good English communication and comprehension skills are required.
Creative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within Kolkata for shoots (2–3 days per week).

Preferred:

Candidates residing in South Kolkata.
If not from South Kolkata, must have a personal vehicle for hassle-free travel to shoot locations.
Ability to visit the Regent Park / Tollygunj office when required for editing work.
Male candidates preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 in hand per month
(Final offer will depend on experience, skill level, and portfolio)
