About the Role

AllThings Plus Business Hub is a U.S.–based company in an early building and development stage.
We are looking for a creative, multi-skilled Video Editor & Creator who can handle short-form video editing, Reels creation, content visuals, and supporting graphic design for digital platforms using either personal on-camera content or AI-generated video tools..

This is a remote, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating video content from idea to final output, following brand direction and content themes provided.

This role is execution-focused and requires someone who is comfortable working across video and design, following clear direction, and delivering clean, professional content that aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities1. Short-Form Video & Reels Creation

• Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels (vertical format)
• Create engaging hooks, pacing, and clean visual flow
• Add captions, subtitles, and simple motion elements
• Prepare videos ready for posting across platforms
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and style

2. Content Creation Support

• Turn provided ideas, scripts, or raw footage into polished content
• Support marketing campaigns with visual content
• Repurpose content into different short-form formats
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently

3. Social Media & Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, covers, and simple carousels
• Create visual assets that support video content
• Maintain consistent visual identity across posts
• Build clean and modern visuals for Instagram and Facebook

4. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Simple digital flyers and promotional visuals
• Campaign visuals and ad creatives
• Thumbnails and covers for video content
• Maintain organized design files and assets

5. Brand Consistency & Execution

• Follow approved brand guidelines
• Apply consistent typography, colors, and layouts
• Coordinate visuals across video and graphic content
• Ensure all outputs meet professional standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing and Reels
• Experience in graphic design for social media
• English fluency (written and verbal)
• Strong sense of pacing, clarity, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Ability to follow U.S.-style clean and modern design standards
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently without supervision

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or light animation experience
• Experience working with U.S. or international brands
• Understanding of social media content formats
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing visuals
