Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence. This role is responsible for producing engaging short-form and long-form video content, managing social media platforms, and driving audience growth through innovative storytelling and trend-led strategies.
The ideal candidate understands how to create scroll-stopping content, spot trends early, and translate brand messaging into high-performing digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production

Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Produce short-form, trend-driven content designed for reach, engagement, and virality.

Create high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Develop hooks and storytelling formats that capture attention within the first few seconds.

Coordinate content shoots (internal teams, events, products, interviews).
Social Media Management

Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Write compelling captions and optimize content using hashtags, SEO, and platform best practices.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.

Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and key initiatives.
Strategy & Performance

Identify trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions).

Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.

Support paid campaigns with creative assets optimized for ads.
Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in digital content creation and social media management.

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

Experience creating high-performing short-form video content.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.

Ability to work independently and execute quickly.

Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.

Portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
