Video Content Creator / Social Media Specialist

Role Overview


We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence. This role is responsible for producing engaging short-form and long-form video content, managing social media platforms, and driving audience growth through innovative storytelling and trend-led strategies.


The ideal candidate understands how to create scroll-stopping content, spot trends early, and translate brand messaging into high-performing digital assets.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Produce short-form, trend-driven content designed for reach, engagement, and virality.
  • Create high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop hooks and storytelling formats that capture attention within the first few seconds.
  • Coordinate content shoots (internal teams, events, products, interviews).


Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and optimize content using hashtags, SEO, and platform best practices.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and key initiatives.


Strategy & Performance

  • Identify trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions).
  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support paid campaigns with creative assets optimized for ads.


Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital content creation and social media management.
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Experience creating high-performing short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
  • Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lifestyle, retail, media, or digital platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience supporting influencer collaborations.
  • Understanding of performance marketing basics.
