Video Content Creator (Videographer & Editor) - Full Time

Role Summary: We are looking for a "One-Man Show" videographer. You will be responsible for the entire video production process: from setting up lighting and filming doctors/treatments to editing high-quality Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content. You must be able to turn medical information into engaging, viral-worthy visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filming: Shoot high-quality videos for social media (Reels/TikTok) and long-form content (YouTube/Interviews) using professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Lighting & Audio: Set up professional lighting (3-point lighting) and audio (lavalier mics) to ensure doctors and patients look and sound their best.
• Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Post-Production: Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and color grading.
• Directing: Guide doctors and staff during shoots to ensure they feel comfortable and natural on camera.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, Offers).
• Management: Manage equipment and organize video files.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Videography and Editing (Medical/Beauty industry experience is a PLUS).
• Portfolio: MUST submit a portfolio or links to previous work (Reels, TikToks, Corporate). Applications without a portfolio will be ignored.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and mobile editing apps (CapCut).
• Gear Knowledge: Experience with Sony/Canon cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups.
• Soft Skills: Creative, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred (to edit Arabic content correctly). English is a must.
• Location: Based in Sharjah.
