Vision Dental Partners is a growing multi-practice dental organization with offices across Indiana and multiple states. We are looking for a Video Content Manager who is passionate about social media, content creation, storytelling, and documenting growth as it happens in real time.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk corporate marketing role.

You’ll travel to practices across Indiana, capture real behind-the-scenes moments, work directly with leadership, help shape social media strategy, and create content people actually pay attention to.

What You’ll Do

• Film high quality content using smartphones, cameras, and mobile setups
• Capture behind-the-scenes business and team content
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Assist with posting and social media management
• Organize footage and content workflows
• Perform light editing and prep files for editors
• Brainstorm content ideas and trends
• Travel regularly to practices across Indiana
• Help document the growth of the company in real time
• Collaborate directly with leadership on content strategy and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable filming in real environments
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to travel consistently throughout Indiana
• Basic editing knowledge preferred
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms is a plus
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Growth

• Up to $70,000 starting compensation depending on experience and fit

Work Environment

This role requires regular travel throughout Indiana practices and includes a mix of on-site filming, remote editing/organization work, and collaboration with leadership and marketing.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
