Video Content Planner / Director & Editor for a Clothing Brand

Company Overview:
We’re expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative professional to lead our video content strategy.

Position Summary:
We need a talented individual who can plan, direct, and edit engaging video content for our social media, website, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our in-house team and models to bring fresh storytelling ideas to life—from concept to final edit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop video content plans aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Direct photo/video shoots, guiding the team and models for the best results.
• Capture or oversee filming of product highlights, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay updated on fashion and digital trends to propose new ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video direction and editing (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of lighting, camera angles, and sound design.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to manage shoots, schedules, and team members effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fashion or e-commerce content creation.
• Basic photography skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement trends.
