We are now seeking a confident and creative Social Media Influencer to become the on-camera face of our brand and help promote our real estate projects across digital platforms

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Content Speaker based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Social Media Influencer will be responsible for:

• Presenting and narrating real estate video content.
• Appearing on camera as the face of our real estate brand to promote projects.
• Building and engaging with online communities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Creating engaging and creative social media content, especially video-based.
• Engaging with the audience and maintaining a professional, approachable style.
• Ensuring clarity and quality in video presentations.
• Staying updated on real estate market trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Supporting the marketing team in building our online presence through video.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and on-camera presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Understanding of the real estate market is a plus.
• Creativity and storytelling ability.
• Previous experience in media, content creation, or real estate is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
